Guestbook

Hello.
My name is Teddi Porter, previous last names Blackburn (high school) and Thorpe. My heart is heavy over the loss of Dave. We went to high school together and I remember that Dave was kind and had a wonderful heart. Dave did my family and our daughter a huge kindness a few years ago. My daughter was admitted into rehab for substance abuse. As they introduced their selves in their group sessions, Dave recognized her name and asked if she knew me. He became a comfort of safety and friendship to her while she was there and I so appreciated that in a time of family emotional heartache and uncertainty, Dave gave my daughter and I a sense of security knowing there was someone there with her that cared.
This kindness will never be forgotten and never will Dave.
My deepest sympathy to you....
Sincerely,
Teddi Porter
