Kathy Jo Blazevich

Kathy Jo Blazevich 59 of Fallowfield Twp. died on Sunday April 30, 2017 at her home. Born in N.Charleroi on October 11, 1957, a daughter of the late Bernard and Sally Paulman Boyd. She is survived by her husband Joseph F. Blazevich, a duaghter Dayna Pavelko of Fallowfield Twp., a son David (Dajie) Pavelko of Latrobe, a brother David Boyd, 2 sisters, Susan Lint, and Lori Christian, and 3 grandchildren, Shawn Lenzi, Jeremy Boyd and Monica Tomay. Kathy Jo was preceded in death by her sister Marcy Tomay. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 4, from 5-7pm in the Leonard M. Pavlic Funeral Homes, Inc. 235 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi. A Blessing service will be held in the funeral home on Friday May 5 at 10:00 am with Rev. Gerald Mikonis presiding. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Charleroi.
