Mary Lou Volante

Mary Lou Volante 91 of Charleroi, died Sunday October 28, 2018 at Thorp's Personal Care. Born in Charleroi on April 5, 1927, a daughter of Dominick and Phylis Amodie Fazzoni. Mary Lou was retired from Dravo Corppration Charleroi where she was the executive secretary. She was a member of Mary, Mother of the Church Charleroi and the Confraternity of Christian Mothers.

Mary Lou is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Mary Jo and Frank Magaritz of Charleroi, 2 grandsons; Todd and Brad Todaro, 2 great-grandsons Braeden and Connor Todaro, a great-granddaughter Arianna Todaro, 2 nephews; Jim Fazzoni and Greg Caruso and a sister-in-law Dorothy Fazzoni. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Volante on September 11, 2001, a brother James Fazzoni, and a sister and brother-in-law Theresa and Gregory Caruso. Family and friends are asked to gather on Wednesday October 31, 2018 at 10:00 at Mary, Mother of the Church, Charleroi to celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Carroll Twp.
