Sarah "Jean" Pivarnik 83 of Charleroi passed away on Monday January 30, 2023 at Premier Washington. Born in Pittsburgh on May 17, 1939, a daughter of Mark and Sarah Pierce Sisley. Jean was Lutheran by faith.
Surviving are her 3 daughters; Deb Babirad of Bentleyville, Carol (Mark) Polinsky of N. Charleroi and Linda Pivarnik of Fallowfield Twp., 4 grandchildren Penny (Alex) Mensing, Ben (Leslie) Babirad, Dewey Hall (Nikki Knicely) and Llenelle Gibson (Cody Zak), 6 great-grandchildren; Lydia Mensing, Sandra Hall, Kalli, Blake, Kaleb, and Brynnley Babirad, 2 brothers; Mark Sisley and George Sisley and 2 sisters; Ruth Ann Marier and Mary Liles.
Jean was preceded in death by her husband Paul Michael Pivarnik in 2013, her son-in-law John Babirad and grandson John Paul Babirad.
There will be no public visitation per wishes of the deceased.
