William C. Doerfler

William C. Doerfler 60 of Coal Center died Tuesday October 10, 2017 at his home. Born April 23, 1957 in Mt. Pleasant a son of the late George C. and Emma Walmsley Doerfler. He was Catholic by faith. William was retired from Quinette Monuments where he worked as a granite laborer.

He is survived by his life companion Wendy Pellick of Coal Center, 2 sons, Christopher Doerfler of California and Brandon Doerfler of Daisytown, Wendy's children, Stacy Scrip of Munhall, Rachael Pellick of Clarksville and Zachary Pellick of East Millsboro, a grandson Brandon William Doerfler, a brother Fred Doerfler of Coal Center, and 2 sisters Helen Williams and Rebecca Hartman both of Coal Center.

Visitation will be held on Thursday October 12, 2017 from 6-8pm in the Leonard M. Pavlic Funeral Homes, Inc. 405 Main St. Bentleyville. A Blessing Service will be held in the funeral home on Friday October 13, 2017 at 10:30am with Rev. Edward Yuhas officiating. A private interment will take place at West Newton Cemetery.
